Terms and Conditions

Effective date and last updated: September 2, 2026 1. Acceptance These Terms and Conditions govern the use of trianaelectric.com, its chat, forms, estimate requests, and coordination of services with Triana Electric Solution LLC ("Triana Electric"). By using the website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. 2. Eligibility and Service Area You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to request services. Availability depends on location, scheduling, type of work, and other operational factors. A request submitted through the website does not guarantee that Triana Electric will accept the work. 3. Requests, Appointments, and Confirmations The chat and forms help collect information and coordinate appointments. An appointment remains subject to confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate information, a valid address, access instructions, and an available method of contact. Triana Electric may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment because of safety, availability, weather, access, incomplete information, or other reasonable circumstances. If that happens, we will seek to contact you using the information provided. 4. Estimates, Scope, and Changes Initial estimates are based on the information available and are not an unchangeable final price unless a written document expressly states otherwise. An inspection may reveal additional conditions, materials, or work. Before proceeding with a material change in scope or price, Triana Electric will communicate the change and request approval. The specific terms of an estimate, work order, or invoice control for that job if they differ from these terms. 5. Customer Responsibilities The customer must provide reasonable and safe access to the work area, disclose known conditions that may affect safety or performance, keep people and animals away from the work area when requested, and confirm that the customer has authority to authorize service at the property. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required approval from the property owner, association, or property management. Responsibility for government permits or inspections will be determined in the estimate or documentation for each job; these terms do not automatically assign that obligation to either party. 6. Cancellations and Rescheduling You may cancel or request that an appointment be rescheduled by contacting Triana Electric. We currently do not charge a fee for canceling an appointment. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so the appointment time can be made available. Canceling an appointment does not cancel obligations for work already performed, authorized materials, or valid charges described in an applicable estimate, work order, or invoice. 7. Payment Payment is requested after the work is completed, as provided in the applicable estimate, work order, or invoice. We currently do not require a deposit to reserve an appointment. Applicable amounts, taxes, payment methods, and due dates will be stated in the service documentation. 8. Warranties Any warranty covering labor, materials, or equipment will be stated in writing in the applicable estimate or invoice. There is no additional general warranty beyond what is expressly stated for the job and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Third-party products or materials may be covered by their manufacturers' warranties. Triana Electric does not extend or modify a manufacturer's warranty unless it expressly does so in writing. 9. Chat, Website Information, and Emergencies Website information and automated chat responses are general. They do not replace an on-site inspection, diagnosis, final estimate, or safety evaluation at the property. Images, descriptions, or messages sent remotely may be insufficient to determine the actual condition of an electrical system. The website and chat are not emergency services. If there is smoke, fire, sparking, a burning smell, downed wires, electric shock, or another immediate hazard, move away from the area and contact 911, the fire department, or the applicable electric utility. 10. Permitted Use You may not use the website to commit fraud, send unlawful or harmful content, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or abuse the chat or communication systems. 11. Intellectual Property and External Links The website's original content, design, marks, and materials belong to Triana Electric or are used with permission and may not be copied or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. Links to external services are provided for convenience; those third parties are responsible for their own terms and practices. 12. Availability and Limitation of Liability We seek to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for every situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triana Electric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or modifies specific obligations accepted in an estimate, work order, or invoice. 13. Governing Law and Venue These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting any mandatory rules that apply. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute related to the website or services will be brought in a court of competent state or federal jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. 14. Changes and Severability We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the last-updated date. Changes apply prospectively. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted. 15.
