Refund Policy
Effective date and last updated: September 2, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains how Triana Electric Solution LLC handles cancellations, billing errors, requests related to completed work, and specific warranties.
2. Appointments, Deposits, and Advance Payments
We currently do not require deposits or full advance payment to reserve an appointment. Payment is requested after the work is completed, as provided in the applicable estimate, work order, or invoice. For that reason, there ordinarily is no advance payment to refund when an appointment is canceled before work begins.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel or request that an appointment be rescheduled by contacting Triana Electric. We currently do not charge a fee for canceling an appointment. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so the appointment time can be made available.
Canceling an appointment does not eliminate obligations for work already performed, authorized materials, or valid charges incurred and described in the service documentation.
4. Billing Errors, Duplicate Payments, and Overpayments
If you believe an invoice contains an error, a payment was processed more than once, or you paid more than the amount due, contact us with your name, service date, invoice number if available, and a description of the issue. We will review the records and correct or refund any amount we determine was charged in error.
The method and timing of an approved refund may depend on the payment method and the applicable financial institution.
5. Completed Work and Warranties
Payment for completed work is not automatically refundable based solely on an expression of dissatisfaction. If there is a problem with the service, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.
Any warranty covering labor, materials, or equipment is defined in writing in the estimate or invoice for that job. A resolution may include inspection, correction of work, application of a manufacturer's warranty, an invoice adjustment, or a refund, depending on the applicable document, the circumstances, and the law. This policy does not create an additional general warranty.
6. How to Submit a Request
Send the request to trianaelectricsolutionllc@gmail.com or call (786) 525-4422. Include enough information to identify the service and understand the request. We may ask for reasonable documentation or verify your identity before processing it.
7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. The written terms of a specific estimate, work order, invoice, or warranty control for that job when they differ from this policy.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and changing the last-updated date.
