Privacy Policy
Effective date and last updated: September 2, 2026
1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Triana Electric Solution LLC ("Triana Electric," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, retains, and shares information when you visit trianaelectric.com, use our chat, request an estimate, schedule service, or communicate with us.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, service address, service area, requested service, appointment date and time, messages, photographs or documents you send us, contact preferences, and information needed to prepare estimates, perform work, issue invoices, and maintain service records.
We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device type, user agent, referring page, language, access date and time, error logs, and similar data. The website may store essential preferences, such as language, theme, and session information, through cookies or local storage.
We do not request Social Security numbers or medical information through the website. Do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for us to handle your request.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- respond to questions and estimate requests;
- identify the requested service and check availability;
- create, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments;
- provide services and communicate about the work;
- send operational emails or messages related to requests, appointments, and customer service;
- prepare estimates, invoices, and service records;
- maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve the website and our operations;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and safety obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not use contact information collected through this website to send promotions. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Chat and Automated Responses
The website chat may use artificial intelligence to generate responses, collect information needed to handle a request, and help coordinate an appointment. Messages sent through the chat may be processed by our artificial intelligence provider and later reviewed by Triana Electric. Automated responses are informational and do not replace an on-site inspection, diagnosis, final estimate, or professional advice.
Do not use the chat to report an emergency. If there is smoke, fire, sparking, a burning smell, downed wires, or another immediate hazard, move away from the area and contact 911, the fire department, or the applicable electric utility.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information only when reasonably necessary with providers that help us operate the service, including Supabase for database and platform functions, Vercel for website hosting, Resend for operational email, and OpenAI for automated chat responses. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and policies.
We may also share information with professional advisers, insurers, contractors participating in the service when appropriate, government authorities, or other parties when necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, respond to legal process, or manage a legitimate business transaction.
We do not share personal information with third parties for those parties' own targeted advertising.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain customer and job histories, comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The period depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was obtained. When information is no longer needed, we seek to delete or anonymize it, or keep it protected until deletion.
7. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. However, no transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If an incident requires notice, we will act in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, or ask us to stop using a contact channel. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may verify your identity before responding. Some information may be retained when necessary to satisfy legal obligations, maintain legitimate records, resolve disputes, or protect rights.
The website does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Accordingly, a preference signal such as Global Privacy Control does not currently change that practice.
9. Children
The website and services are intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors so they may contract for services. If you believe a minor provided information to us, contact us so we can review it.
10. External Links
The website may link to social media or other third-party services. Triana Electric does not control the privacy practices of those websites. Review their policies before providing information to them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational, technological, or legal changes. We will post the current version on this page and change the last-updated date.
